“The Porcupine” procedural approach: Form finding vs Material finding. Texture studies over defined shape outline for minimizing design iterations. Defining fabrication technique: Panelization. Tectonic assemblies scripting development. Iterative 3D printing approach to engage on the proejct’s tectonics, as it allows to visualize and materialize high resolution models and chunks.

Made using Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit.
